Desired Skill sets
Required:
- 1 + year experience with programming, trouble shooting, working with databases
- Experience with electronic medical records and practice management products
- Some experience with PHP code or equivalent experience with at least 2 other mainstream languages
- Experience with Apache web services
- Experience with doing SQL queries, setting up SQL databases and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Web Expression or equivalent software used to look into files
Preferred:
- Experience with open source software products
- Experience working in outpatient medical practices
- Experience providing technical assistance for hardware and computer network issues
- Experience with form building, HTML, PERL
- Healthcare administration/management experience

Sales/Marketing Associate
Job Description
The associate will function as the primary face of the company in front of prospective clients. They will play the most essential role in increasing company visibility and promoting services and products.
- Responsible for finding leads and recording in the CRM (customer relation management) system
- Responsible for following up with leads, as appropriate
- Explaining company services and products with confidence
- Discussing basic pricing with prospective client
- Gathering appropriate information for an initial quote
- Answering basic questions about products and services
- Keeping up to date with current company marketing programs/strategy
- Responsible for contributing to new marketing ideas/strategies, as appropriate
- Keeping up to date with new versions of the EMR(electronic medical record)/PM (practice management) product or other technological products developed in the future
- Writing press releases, articles and blogs to increase Company visibility and increase SEO

Desired Skill sets
Required:
- 1+ year of sales experience with demonstrated ability to produce, even in difficult markets
- At least 6 months experience in a healthcare or related environment (other industries considered)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to be well-organized
- Ability to work within a team effectively
- Basic knowledge of EMR/ PM (electronic medical record/practice management system) products, computer networks, technical terminology, healthcare reform initiatives, quality of care standards
- Positive attitude and ability to take rejection from clients
- Ability to think creatively
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly and effectively
- Ability to sell products (may be offered in the future), as well as, services
Preferred:

Project Manager –Practice Management and EMR Consulting
Job Description
The PM will function as the lead organizer and executor of client projects assigned by AHS Management.
- Interviewing clients and drafting a plan for execution based on project management principles
- Use of MS Project, sophisticated excel worksheets and any other tools to keep projects on task
- Manage all the team members in a particular project and being the primary contact with the client about project progress
- Working with ACE Management to implement EMRs and help clients achieve Meaningful Use
- Working with ACE Management to conduct practice assessments, re-design
- Utilize various Six Sigma Techniques (ie. 5 whys, Kaizon, etc.) to solve client problems, as applicable
- Utilize various LEAN Principles or Methodology (ie. Process mapping, activity diagrams) to solve client problems, as applicable
- Assist with strategic planning related to projects and services assigned
- Assist with Marketing efforts related to projects/clients assigned or targeting
- Any other duties, as designated by management, related to project management or reasonably utilizing applicant’s skills to further Company interests
Desired Skill sets
Required:
- 1-2 years of demonstrated success in project management (in any field but healthcare preferable)
- Experience, in some capacity, with healthcare or healthcare-related client problems
- 3 months work experience with EMRs (being enrolled in Health Informatics program may be a substitute)
- Ability to be well-organized, methodical and a critical thinker
- Ability to work within and lead a team effectively
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to think creatively or come up with innovative solutions, as needed
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly and effectively
- Solid foundation or working knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma Principles
Preferred:
- PMP Certification
- Healthcare Administration or MBA degree
- Informatics Degree or Certification
- Healthcare clinical degree (RN, NP, PA)
